Jennifer Panczyszyn – Region I Representative
Currently, I am the Science Course Design Project Facilitator in the K-12 Online and Blended Learning Department within the Clark County School District Curriculum and Professional Development Division. Prior to this, I taught middle school science and online high school biology. Additionally, I teach Biology labs part-time at the College of Southern Nevada. I have served on numerous task forces to assist the Clark County School District with the implementation of the Nevada Academic Content Standards in Science. In past years, I have been a participant in four Math and Science Partnership Grant Projects.
I was also privileged to have attended the Convocation on Enhancing Teachers’ Voices in K-12 Engineering Education in Washington D.C. in 2016 hosted by the National Academies of Science, Engineering and Medicine. I have been selected as a presenter for several regional and national conferences on science education. I currently hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science and a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I am also a National Board certified teacher.
